Special Christmas and New Year breaks – join us for the festive season, relax and let someone else do the cooking.

Reservations
The first night’s tariff is required as a deposit.

Payment
Can be either by cash (GB pounds), cheque (payable to R P Bell) or by credit card. 

Cancellation
Full deposit is refunded minus a 15% handling fee if we receive 10 days prior notice.  If less than 10 days notice we will gladly refund your deposit should we be able to let the room.  Any reduction of stay while in house, the full original reservation shall be charged.

Check-in/check-out
Check-in is usually after 4.30 pm.  If you intend to arrive before this time (or very late) please let us know so we can ensure we are here to welcome you.  Check-out is by 10.00 am on day of departure.
