Directions by car
Travelling by car on the A27 (eastbound) from Chichester.
¾ mile after the Tangmere round-a-bout, turn right into Nyton Lane (B2233). Then after about ¾ of a mile turn left into Norton Lane. The Cottage is the 2nd property on the left.
Travelling by car on the A27 (westbound) from Fontwell, follow signs for Chichester. Two miles after the Fontwell round-a-bout turn left into Nyton Lane (B2233). Then follow directions above.
Airport Connections
Heathrow, Gatwick and Southampton airports are easily accessible.
Heathrow:
From Heathrow, take the M25 South (anti-clockwise). Come off at junction 10 (A3 signposted Guildford). Head South until you reach the A27, then at the A27 head east signposted Chichester/Brighton. Continue along the A27 by-passing Chichester. Then follow the directions eastbound from Chichester by car above.
Gatwick:
From Gatwick join the M3 going South signposted Brighton and come off on the A272 going West signposted Cowfold. Stay on the A272 through Cowfold until you reach the A24 where you turn left signposted Worthing. Come off the A24 at the A283 signposted Storrington. Stay on the A283 through Storrington until you come to a mini roundabout with a Tesco petrol station, turn left. Stay on this road over the Downs until you come to the next roundabout where you take the second left signposted Chichester. Follow the signs for Chichester which will bring you on to the A27. Two miles after the Fontwell round-a-bout turn left into Nyton Lane (B2233). Then after about ¾ of a mile turn left into Norton Lane. The Cottage is the 2nd property on the left.
Southampton:
From Southampton take the M27 going east signposted Portsmouth until it becomes the A27. Continue along the A27 by-passing Chichester. Then follow the directions eastbound from Chichester by car above.
Rail Connections
There are regular trains from London Victoria to Barnham or Chichester stations. Trains to London Waterloo connect at nearby Havant Station.
You can take a short taxi ride from the station at Barnham (3 miles) or Chichester (4 miles) to Norton Cottage, or we would be happy to meet you by arrangement.
Sea Connections
Nearby are the Channel ports of Portsmouth and Southampton
From either of these ports you take the M27 going east signposted Brighton until it becomes the A27 then follow the directions by car.
