Norton Cottage is situated 4 miles East of Chichester in a quiet rural location at the foot of the South Downs, close to coastal resorts, beaches and other local attractions. It is the perfect base to explore the area and there is an excellent choice of pubs and restaurants nearby.

• We serve a delicious choice of cooked and buffet breakfasts; dinner and light snacks. We BBQ when the weather is good and offer special dinner menus for special occasions.

• In the summer our garden, orchard and terrace make ideal locations for alfresco summer breakfasts and BBQs.

• WiFi facilities and access to the Internet or e-mail is available by arrangement.

• The guest kitchen adds a practical facility not often available in B&Bs. It is equipped with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine/iron/board.

• Guests have access to your rooms at all times during your stay - so you may come and go as you please.
